When you face problems of kidney, the excretion of water, salt and potassium are impaired. In problems with prostate, take green tea, tomato and mushroom. Every individual body is different in constitution. Hence, get a food chart prepared by the specialist doctor to remain healthy in problems of kidney. Do not forget to take the medication prescribed by the doctor in a regular manner.

 

Tips: to maintain a healthy kidney, you should take certain steps such as,

 

(i) Avoid taking pain killer medicines on a regular basis. Instead, call on your doctor for his advice.

(ii) Make a balanced water intake every day according to the recommendation of your doctor.

(iii) Avoid taking of any kind of health supplement and energy drink which includes a chromium compound.

(iv) Control smoking and the intake of alcohol.

(v) Avoid intake of fat rich diet and sweetening preparations.

(vi) Continue to do your exercising regularly.
