I was busy gathering links and resources about Cyber Monday deals, coupons and sales to post in my other blog when my sister called. My heart sank in sadness when she told me the news that my mother was diagnosed with diabetes and eye cataract. She will soon be operated to remove the cataract in her left eye. And because of the sudden diet change she has to undergo she lost some stamina and resistance that’s why she easily get sick. We visited her this morning because she has flu and cough.

I read some basic info about diabetes and i learned that she should follow a diabetic diet now so I told her to be careful with the food she eat. I will study her case further some other time, i want to help my mom to be knowledgeable on her condition for her to know what’s good and bad for her.

Anyway, i will discuss more about diabetes and eye cataract next time.  Thanks for coming.
