Nutrition and Health Care
One of my co-employee is suffering from too much embarrassment because of his acne. He has face, back and chest acne! Whew i’m thankful i didn’t experience that kind of acne problem. His problem started a long time ago and he said he’s already sick and tired of trying different products to solve his problem. Besides he’s financially drained as well because of the expensive treatments he tried. Well, i feel sad for him but i don’t know how to help him either. Anyway, i just share his story here, if anyone of you have something to recommend kindly leave your comment or suggestion. Thanks!
If you want your skin to look attractive and healthy there are several rules you must follow and eating healthy foods is one of them. Lots of foods can give you the anti-oxidants needed to combat the free radicals that age your skin and cause cancer. Vitamins A, C and E can help to boost your skin’s ability to rejuvenate and fight off the ravages of ultra-violet light. So tucking in regularly to meals rich in these vitamins. Your diet and the foods you consume not only affect your skin but your overall health. If you choose to put garbage in your body you will get garbage out.
Another important rule is cleansing with natural and reviving substances, for a clean skin is bound to look healthier. Since constant washing removes most natural oils and moisture, and even the acid mantle covering, you must consciously replace these oils, moisture and acid. Proper care and nutrition is needed to about early occurrence of wrinkles.

I’m fortunate that i’m one of those blessed with good skin, i didn’t reach the point point wherein i have to look for acne treatment. Well, that’s because even at my age i already did everything to prevent having acne.
Acne prevention often becomes essential during our teenage years. It can cause great distress and embarrassment at an age when young people are very concerned about how they look. Increased hormonal activity is the root cause of acne occurrence. This in turn causes excess oil production in the skin’s sebaceous glands. It is a sad fact that the areas most affected by acne are those that are almost constantly visible with today’s youthful fashion trends. Most acne prevention and control compounds contain specific compounds to address the problem.
Avoiding fat-laden junk foods like cheeseburgers is definitely a step in the right direction for other health-related reasons. However, it will do little by ways of acne prevention. Skin hygiene is important, and one can prevent acne to a certain extent by increased and regular cleansing. However, one tends to go overboard and resort to using extreme measures like a face wash of strong toothpaste and other harsh compounds. This will only aggravate the problem by encouraging increased compensatory oil production in the skin.
