I was invited to go to a special event two weeks from now. Now I’m almost in panic because I really want to look best on that day however my problem is that I’ve gained a lot of weight and I don’t feel good and much more look good. I have already tried my friend’s recommended diet pill which according to her is one of the best diet supplements today but to no avail.

Anyway, I think the only way for me to really shed some pounds is to go into fasting. I know I can do it but it will take a lot of discipline and determination on my part to achieve this goal. I just hope once I decided to go on fasting no mouth watering food type of temptation will come my way. lol
