Stress affects our health in many ways because they are closely linked. Stress causes actual chemical changes in the brain which can influence the state of your health.

To relieve stress in your life look for a hobby as a release. It is highly recommended to look for something that you will enjoy doing. You may spend a little time each week working on it. You may start with a hobby that you will not only enjoy but you may also earn from it. Perhaps it is something that can create a part time business.

I have a friend in US that started collecting military challenge coins last year, it was just a hobby at first, but now she’s already earning from it. And because she enjoys her hobby, her health has improved a lot.
