I was surprised to hear from my husband when he said that i loose some weight. I didn’t take any weight loss pills or did some workout that’s why i was surprised. I also think that my food intake is just the same. I was only convinced when i tried my old clothes, i also noticed the difference. Indeed i loose some weight!

Well, it could be because of stress and pressures that i went through the past days. I was loaded with lots of work that sometimes i’ve skipped meals because i can no longer take a break as i was trying to catch up on my deadlines. Anyway, i’m quite happy with the outcome. ^_^
