My eyes are always at risk because of the nature of my job. As a chemist I’m always exposed to toxic and hazardous chemicals which can cause eye blindness when the chemicals accidentally come into contact with eyes.

That’s why in our workplace, wearing eye protection or safety goggles is a must. Safety goggles is different from liquid goggles, the latter is used only for diving, swimming and skiing. The safety goggles are especially designed to withstand strong acids and bases, intended to shield the eyes against liquid or chemical splash, irritating mists, vapors, and fumes.

I’m secured while working in the laboratory because I know my eyes are protected with a protective eye equipment like safety goggle. But my problem actually is how to protect my eyes while staring the whole day in my computer. I’ve heard that too much exposure to computer can cause eye damage due to radiation. Is this true or just hearsay? Well, I really need to get more info on these.

My friend offered me to buy life insurance from her but i told her i already have one. I took it 16 years ago from my wedding godmother. Then she asked me to get another one for my husband or kids. Well, i know that we can really benefit from having life insurance. However the problem is our budget, right now we really cannot afford another expense to be be added in our monthly bills.

But if possible i will not have second thoughts on getting it. Life insurance can really protect us from any unfortunate events like accidental death. With a life insurance, we are assured that whatever happens unexpectedly, our beneficiary will have a certain cash to claim that can be used for paying any kind of expenses.
