I like to sing even if I’m not a good singer. But I only sing inside the bathroom as I don’t have the guts to sing in public or in front of many people.

But did you know that singing have health benefits too? Singing is a good form of aerobic exercise for the abdominal muscles, the lungs and the circulation of blood. Studies have found that singing helps people with asthma and bronchitis because of the deep breathing, and because a variety of muscles, such as the diaphragm, get a workout. Also when we sing we can show deep feelings and this has an amazing release on stress levels. It helps our mind to relax and forget about the negative thoughts and lighten our spirits.

There’s also some evidence that singing lessons can help suppress snoring.

So whether you sing in the shower, at a karaoke bar or in a church choir, or in the car let it all out, have a good sing and enjoy yourself. And if you’d like to sound better, use heil sound microphones.
