It’s good if we are investing on our health, we’re not only thinking about our own welfare but also our family’s. Speaking of investment, yesterday i talked to a friend and told me that she has tip for me regarding investment.  My friend said she has a hobby which is good for health and at the same time a hobby where she also earns. In case you want to know what it is, it’s the hobby of collecting different kinds of coins like gold coins, silver coins and military challenge coins. Collecting like any kind of hobby is also therapeutic that’s why it is good for the health. What’s more good about her hobby is that she’s collecting valuable items which could yield a good sum of money. I like her tip and suggestion, so i’m planning to try it as well.^_^

Honey Nutrition Facts:

This natural sweetener has antioxidants, is fat free and cholesterol free!

*  One tablespoon of natural sweetener honey contains 64 calories.

* Honey has a healthy Glycemic Index (GI), meaning that its sugars can be gradually absorbed into the bloodstream to result in better digestion. We should try to avoid eating excessive high-glycemic foods which would prompt an elevated insulin release in our body as a result of the pancreas being stimulated to metabolize the sudden surge of glucose into the blood.

* Honey contains natural minerals and vitamins which help the metabolizing of undesirable cholesterol and fatty acid on the organs and tissues into the system, hence preventing obesity and promoting better health for us.

While on our way home last night, i had a terrible experience riding the motorcycle. We were almost hit by a car overtaking us. I can’t tell if my husband was at fault or the driver of the car.

Anyway, because of that incident, i realized how important life insurance really is. I already have my own life insurance but my husband doesn’t so i guess it’s time that i should get one for him as well. I’m considering equote term life insurance, so far i find it better than what i have i now.

I want to secure the future of my kids, in case something happened to us they will have something to fall back on.
