That’s because the body converts this vitamin to oxalate. The suggested dietetic allowance of vitamin C for men is 90mg and for women it should be 75 mg per day.

Try to moderate your meat and certain fish intake because the proteins that we get from animal meat give speed to the shaping of uric acid and calcium in the urine. That causes the formation of kidney stone in your urine.

Regular exercise is one of the substantial natural remedies for preventing kidney stones. A regular exercise gives assistance to the passage of calcium out of the bloodstream and into the bones. Moreover, according to the New York Times Health Guide, there appears to be a link between stress levels and the formation of kidney stones. Participating in regular exercise, learning yoga and meditation are all examples of ways to reduce stress.
