Try to moderate your meat and certain fish intake because the proteins that we get from animal meat give speed to the shaping of uric acid and calcium in the urine. That causes the formation of kidney stone in your urine.

Regular exercise is one of the substantial natural remedies for preventing kidney stones. A regular exercise gives assistance to the passage of calcium out of the bloodstream and into the bones. Participating in regular exercise, learning yoga and meditation are all examples of ways to reduce stress.
