We must be aware of the harm that toxic pesticides can do to our liver as well as health in general. One way to avoid such poisons is to purchase organic vegetables and fruits. However organically grown foods normally have a greater price tag, so most people just look for those foods that are not organic but have the lowest pesticide load.

If in case you have to buy some produce that may be conventionally grown, here are several that had been found for being the safest pesticide-wise:

grapefruit, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, mango, avocado, sweet potato and cantaloupe.

Corn is in addition in that group, as long as it isn’t genetically engineered. 

Those that contain the highest pesticide load, and therefore should be acquired only if grown organically, are celery, apples, cucumbers, strawberries, potatoes, grapes, spinach and peaches.
