I tried making my own kimchi at home, and thank God it was a success! Kimchi is a korean dish and is said to be one of the food trends for 2015 because of its health benefits. What makes kimchi so specials? Kimchi is a fermented vegetable and it is rich in enzymes which is beneficial to our body. Commercial kimchi is quite expensive so i try doing it on my own. Now we have a supply of kimchi that will last i think for two months. 🙂
