Beware eating too much processed food. It can encourage constipation and piles, otherwise known as hemroids.
Processed food includes lot of things we tend to eat regularly like bacon, cheese, ham, hot dogs and luncheon meat. A lot of everyday food items are processed.
It’s tempting and tasty food, easy to make a meal with but it can also give you constipation because it creates harder stools.
Constipation can lead to piles and hemroids. Nothing beats fresh food. Fresh meats, fresh fruit and vegetables all help make you regular
If you get constipation do not strain yourself when on the toilet, never. If you can’t do it just relax, don’t worry
Don’t ever try and force yourself to go. This is just what can bring on piles and hemroids. Whatever you do just relax.
If you strain yourself and break blood vessels and start the piles process you will deeply regret it for hemroids is a horrible thing to have.
Also when you are constipated don’t sit for long periods, like more than two hours. This also can encourage hemroids.
Many people believe you have to poo once a day but I don’t think that’s strictly true. Missing the odd day will not hurt. Lots of people don’t go every day, especially when they get older.
The indications of piles and hemroids are an itching in the anus area, signs of blood, pain and constipation. In severe cases there is a protrusion outside the bottom.
The condition is a vein inflammation or swelling in the anus and lower rectal regions. It affects about half of us all at some time in our lives.

If you are a heartburn sufferer and experience bouts of acid reflux frequently, then most likely, you are suffering from chronic acid reflux. Without wishing to cause alarm, you do need to take positive action to control your problem, so that you can prevent your chronic acid reflux developing into a much more serious, potentially life threatening condition. Fortunately there is much you can do to prevent this happening but the sooner you take action the better.
Let’s briefly consider what could happen if you do not take any action, other than simply taking some form of antacid that will bring you quick relief from the pain but only short term relief.
Every time that the acid contents of your stomach flow back into your esophagus (gullet), they attack the sensitive esophagus lining causing the irritation and the pain. Repeated attack will causes scarring of the lining and if this is not allowed to heal, can give rise to complications such as a severe restriction to the opening of the esophagus (peptic strictures) making it very difficult to swallow food or even drink liquids.
A more dangerous situation arises when, through frequent regular attacks, the cells in the esophagus lining actually change character (Barretts Esophagus) and this can be a precursor to esophageal cancer.
So now lets look at the various treatments that are readily available to those who do suffer from chronic acid reflux.
You have a choice from a range of medication which basically falls into two main groups
a) H2 Blockers. These act by causing a reduction in the amount of acid that the stomach produces.
b) Proton Pump Inhibitors ((PPI) are prescribed when more powerful treatment is required and they actually turn off the “pumps” that produce the stomach acid.
Both these forms of treatment are very effective in controlling heartburn but they do have some important drawbacks
i) because they only treat the symptoms of heartburn and not the causes, their effectiveness is temporary
ii) as they are drug based medications they should not be taken as long term treatment
iii) they can interact with other medication that is being taken and causes serious complications
iv) as with many drug based medications they are prone to producing adverse, potentially harmful side effects.
It is because of these drawbacks that many people have taken an alternative view of treating chronic acid reflux and have achieved extremely effective heartburn relief, from totally natural remedies and treatments. Because a naturopathic approach to illnesses and conditions starts with identifying the actual causes of the problem and then sets out to deal with each of them, you have a much greater control over your condition.
In fact if you follow a totally natural, holistic program of treatment which involves making specific changes to diet and lifestyle and combining these with a course of natural medication, you will be dealing with your chronic acid reflux by the most effective means possible. You could even discover the ultimate treatment … a permanent cure!
Most conventional treatments for acid reflux and heartburn are temporary because they treat the symptoms and not the root cause of the problem. So, if you want to successfully and permanently rid yourself of your heartburn then you must identify and address all the factors that contribute to the problem i.e. you must treat it holistically.
A revolutionary new program does exactly that and in 5 unique steps shows you how to permanently cure your acid reflux and heartburn.

There are some similarities from a common dry skin condition and asthma. Both are allergy related and show some correlation. There has been scientific studies conducted that have found the genes for asthma and eczema. Studies concluded that asthma is a form of the gene that causes eczema, a dry skin condition. Both conditions are similar because they are caused by some type of allergic reaction. You may notice that your child has both eczema and asthma, or you may have suffered from both at one time or another. Because they are both genetic conditions, it is likely that if you had one or both conditions, your children will have one or both as well.
Allergic reactions can take on multiple forms including external and internal reactions. Eczema is caused by a number of different factors, and allergies are one of those factors. Asthma is also an allergic reaction that takes place in the lungs. Most children usually develop eczema first, and then years later can show asthmatic symptoms. The transition from having eczema and then asthma is called the atopic march. Having a dry skin condition is more common than having asthma, and if you treat eczema as it occurs you lessen the chance of having the atopic march.
Recent studies have found the reason for a correlation between the two conditions and an explanation for the atopic march. The dry skin condition can cause a rash, flaky skin, itching, and secretion from the skin. As this happens, the brain relays a message to your body that your skin is ineffective. Your skin is the protective layer and having this condition doesn’t fully protect as it should. The secretion, called TSLP, is passed through your blood system and your skin. As it passes through your blood stream, it gets to your lungs which cause asthma. Having an asthma attack is your body’s immune system trying to kick into gear.
Treating eczema properly and while you are experiencing irritating skin reactions could prevent you or your child from developing asthma. The skin condition is best treated with organic products that don’t use harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients that medial prescriptions could have in them. The best defense against severely dry skin is eating properly, drinking lots of water, and keeping your skin moisturized with eczema oil, lotions, or other types or eczema moisturizers. Organic ingredients such as kukui nut oil, premium emu oil, and jojoba oil are rich in vitamin E. This vitamin acts as a moisturizing agent for your skin and is great for your health. Using moisturizers could help to prevent the development of asthma if someone already didn’t have it.
