My friend is into wholesale clothing business, one time we talked about her business.  I asked if her buyers are also health conscious when it comes to clothing. She said, it was the mothers who are choosy when it comes to buying clothes. They are cautious when choosing clothes especially for their kids. Mothers choose   fabrics that are made of cotton since it is more comfortable and absorbent. They also choose clothes that are not too tight.

Wearing the right type of clothes should be given an attention because clothes can also have an impact on health. Tight shirts, tight pants, tight ties, killer heels and other apparel and accessories that are too tight, too loose, too heavy, too high or too floppy can all create health issues.

Skinny jeans have been blamed for lower back pain, yeast infections in women and a rare condition called lipoatrophia semicircularis, in which horizontal lesions appear around the thighs.

Spanx and other body-tamers can cause both nerve compression and digestive issues. Shapers that compress the upper abdomen can also prevent the lungs from fully inflating, reducing oxygen intake, which can lead to lightheadedness.

Tight shirt collars and neckties can reduce circulation to the brain and increase intraocular pressure, a risk factor for glaucoma, according to experts.

Women should wear the right size of bra. A bra that is too big gives no support, which can cause breast pain and back strain.

Men who want to become fathers not to spend long periods in tight bike shorts that can raise the temperature of the testes, reducing sperm production according to fertility experts.

I love listening to praise and worship song/music. It brings joy in my heart and relaxes my mind. Music has a special power to move and stir our emotions. There are times I get so affected by the song and it’s causing tears to flow in my eyes. Scientific studies have shown that music has a profound effect on our body and various parts of the brain. In fact, there’s a growing field of health care known as music therapy, which uses music to heal. Music therapy is used to help with pain management, to help ward off depression, to ease muscle tension, to promote movement, to calm children with ADD, to help cancer patients.

People, who are music lovers, not just listen to songs or music but play musical instruments as well. They express their emotions or feelings through the music they play. Some of them can play not just one but different musical instrument like piano, organ, flute, violin, drums and guitar. Speaking of musical instrument, I just happen to remember my friend’s recommendation. He said to choose fat-cat musical instrument in case I have a plan to buy. How about you do you have any brand to recommend? Feel free to leave your suggestions.

I like to sing even if I’m not a good singer. But I only sing inside the bathroom as I don’t have the guts to sing in public or in front of many people.

But did you know that singing have health benefits too? Singing is a good form of aerobic exercise for the abdominal muscles, the lungs and the circulation of blood. Studies have found that singing helps people with asthma and bronchitis because of the deep breathing, and because a variety of muscles, such as the diaphragm, get a workout. Also when we sing we can show deep feelings and this has an amazing release on stress levels. It helps our mind to relax and forget about the negative thoughts and lighten our spirits.

There’s also some evidence that singing lessons can help suppress snoring.

So whether you sing in the shower, at a karaoke bar or in a church choir, or in the car let it all out, have a good sing and enjoy yourself. And if you’d like to sound better, use heil sound microphones.
